Try and keep up, folks, because Dorit Kemsley is on the move. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mom has confirmed that she's selling her home and has enlisted Kyle Richards' hubby, Mauricio Umansky, to sell the home, which she moved into with her family four years ago.
“It’s difficult to leave that. I’ve spent a lot of time fixing it and making it special," she told Us Weekly about listing the 8,679-square-foot home. And for the next home, she's putting her kids first, noting that a big backyard is on the wishlist for their next enviable home. (Take a tour of the fab mansion in the video above.) “I think the kids need that," Dorit, who is releasing Beverly Beach by Dorit this spring, said.
The home is on the market for $12.75 million and includes six bedrooms and seven baths. (No word on if houseguest Boy George comes with the home.) Still, she shared, “I know that this house is perfect and very right for someone.”
As for having Boy George as a frequent houseguest at Casa Kemsley, well Dorit broke that down to The Daily Dish in 2017. She shared, "I think when you stay in someone's house and you live in their lives and you're playing with their children and you see them as a couple [it's different]. I mean he sees us before bed; he sees us first thing in the morning, and it's not like this lunch date per se. You kind of get more intimately connected, and that's definitely what happened."
